Capabilities

End-to-End Logistics · Four-Dimensional Value Sync

We focus not only on how equipment runs, but on whether each logistics step achieves clear management goals. From receiving to shipping, efficiency, accuracy, cost, and inventory data at every node should be measurable, traceable, and optimizable—this is why we deeply integrate equipment coordination with digital management.

Equipment Types

Six Major Equipment Types · Building Intelligent Logistics Systems Together

Role in the system: Storage hub

Type 1: Automated Storage & Retrieval System

Composed of high-bay racking, stacker cranes, and control systems for high-density automated storage. Compared to flat warehouses, storage density increases 2–4× with aisle widths of only 1–1.5 meters.

Collaborative role: It does not work alone. Conveyors deliver goods inbound; stackers automatically put them away. On outbound, stackers retrieve goods and hand them to conveyors for the next step. We integrate AS/RS with conveyors and stackers to ensure a smooth store-retrieve-deliver closed loop.

Applicable scenarios: Finished goods warehouses, raw material warehouses, line-side storage—especially facilities where land is costly or floor space is limited.

Single Device VS Integrated Solution

Two Logistics Paths—Which One Do You Choose?

Comparison
Path A: Start with a Single Device
Path B: Collaborative Integrated Solution
Starting Point
Solve a specific operational challenge, such as increasing storage density or improving vertical handling efficiency
Take a full-process view covering inbound, storage, handling, and outbound operations
Solution Design
Respond quickly to the most urgent current needs for fast deployment
Plan holistically with reserved expansion interfaces and phased implementation
Equipment Matching
When adding new equipment later, we evaluate interface compatibility and assist with integration
Unified planning during solution design with pre-matched equipment
Information Flow
Equipment remains relatively independent and can be gradually connected through the control system
Unified dispatch platform with automatic information synchronization across devices
Implementation Pace
Flexible—address the most urgent issues first and expand as needed
Holistic planning recommended, with phased implementation also supported

Application Scenarios

Application Scenario Examples · See How Integrated Solutions Solve Real Problems

Scenario 1: Cross-Floor Finished Goods Inbound

Background

A manufacturing company has its production workshop on the second floor and finished goods warehouse on the first floor.

Solution

  • After packaging on the second-floor production line, products are automatically conveyed to the spiral conveyor inlet via logistics transport equipment
  • The spiral conveyor continuously transports products from the second floor to the first floor
  • At the first-floor exit, logistics transport equipment sends products to the automated storage and retrieval system inbound port
  • The stacker crane automatically picks up products and places them in system-assigned storage locations
  • The control system updates inventory data in real time, completing the inbound closed loop

Results

  • From the second-floor production line to first-floor storage locations, products move with "no landing, no waiting, no errors or omissions"—with no manual intervention throughout.
